Sirithm is an incredibly primitive, rough, and rickety new programming language that tries to reintroduce some long lost BASIC-esque simplicity to the somewhat complicated practice. It’s still in its infancy stages, so it’s not quite ready for serious coding yet. But you can still explore it for yourself on the site. There are also some cool games available if you want a break from learning. Things like minesweeper and tetris can be played in Sirithm. They’re pretty cool and the fact that they’re so simple to code makes them pretty fun to work with. SirithM is also a Facebook group where people share SirithM programs and discuss SirithM programming in general. It's a great way to get in touch with other SirithM programmers and learn new techniques or tricks that others will use to make your programs better. Things are moving along nicely for Sirithm. We’d like to thank everyone who has contributed to Sirithm so far. It’s really exciting to see how it’s evolving on a daily basis. There are so many fun new things coming out, and we promise to keep adding more features as they become available. SirithM is an incredible accomplishment, and it would be impossible without the support of our community. So thank you, guys. We hope you enjoy SirithM and we hope to see many of you contributing on our Forums and on our Facebook page. See you there! SirithM is a very simple (but extremely powerful) programming language for your web browsers. It allows you to directly program on the fly with CSS and JavaScript as if it were HTML. This has some very interesting applications such as websites that can be coded in real-time without writing any code at all, or websites that can respond immediately to user action (something that is only possible with static HTML). Sirithm allows web designers to create interactive websites without using Flash, Java, jQuery or any other more recent technologies. Sirithm is able to be coded in real-time along with the webpage, without using Flash or anything else. This allows for some very interesting website designs which are reactive to the users action, not just pre-generated content. Another interesting aspect is that Sirithm allows for websites that are both dynamic and have almost zero lines of code. This has the potential to allow web designers and programmers to work in tandem in an interesting way--while one can create website pages, the other can create simple programs in real-time on every page without writing a single line of code. SirithM is based closely off of Scratch (programming system). cfa1e77820
